Morpheus8

Overview:

Morpheus 8 is one the most advanced fractional radiofrequency treatments. It delivers radiofrequency energy to the skin through a set of pins, resulting in small micro-lesion dots and localised heat in the treatment area. 
 
Morpheus8 uses fractional RF technology for sub-dermal coagulation of the fat in a fractional manner. It addresses upper fat layers to supplement the FaceTite treatment or as an independent treatment. Morpheus8 is a Subdermal Adipose Remodeling Device (SARD) that contours the fat creating a more youthful appearance. The Gentle heat generated by the Morpheus 8 pins in the tissue below the skin promote collagen restructuring leading to rejuvenated skin. Resulting in improvements on texture and skin tone. Skin ablation and resurfacing will make the skin radiant. Scattering of the micro-lesions allow the skin to heal faster than an entire ablated area. 

Morpheus 8 is ideal for treating area of fine or deep wrinkles, scars or discoloured red and brown skin tones, such as the lower and upper eyelid, cheeks, smile, neck and mouth and neck lines.

Procedure:

The area to be treated is identified and marked. Anaesthetic cream may be placed on the face/neck 30-45 minutes before the treatment to make the experience as comfortable as possible.
The face/ neck areas are cleaned with antiseptic. Morpheus 8 is microneedled into the skin radiofrequency energy is administered. The face is cleaned and a compression garment is placed for 24 hours.

Aftercare:

We usually advise petroleum jelly 1-3 days post treatment. You can wash your face gently the next morning. Arnica cream may help reduce any swelling or bruising that you may have after 48 hours.
