We like to see you in the clinic within 1-3 days to check on you and give you advice.

We advocate early mobilisation and so that means walking and cardiovascular activity as soon as you can. The more you do within reason gets you back into your normal routines quicker. You will need to wear a compression garments for 1- 3 weeks if you have had the combination Vaser 4D lipo & Renuvion procedure and it actually helps to keep you comfortable so that you can be more mobile.

Normally we recommend you wear the supplied compression garment for 24 hours/day during the first 3 days and then downgrade to secondary compression/ shapewear/ underarmour/ sports compression for at least 8hrs a day for a further 1 week.

The doctor will usually advise you during your consultation whether Renuvion is worth adding on to your procedure but in general it further enhances the results of Vaser 4D lipo.
